The newly-designed four-storey building is going to comprise 15 unconventional residential premises (11 apartments, 2 penthouses, 2 studios) with an area from 40 sq.m. to 240 sq.m. for demanding clients appreciating luxury and space.
The entrance lobby is designed in the form of a glazed roofed patio with plants and constant access of sunlight. The building will possess 24-hour security with a porter, a high-class elevator and a basement-level car park. Large glazing will provide perfect light exposure in rooms, and the highest quality finishing materials will impart a very exclusive character to the building. There is a possibility of implementing functional changes in rooms. The building is erected in the monolithic and brick construction technology. The elevation will be made of sandstone, and titanium and zinced metal sheets. The finishing in terraces is going to be made of exotic wood. The flooring in the entrance lobby will be made of stone slabs with elements of exotic wood. Additionally, in the lobby there will be specially designed leisure furniture and sculptures harmonised with the greenery.
