For a long time Mokotów has been known as a well respected district. The close center, variety of leisure activity facilities and green spaces cause that it is a perfect place to live for the people who appreciate the advantages of living in the city center, searching the possibilities of active time spending and rest.
Right in this part of Warsaw, at the corners of Czerniakowska and Idzikowskiego St there shall be built “Idzikowskiego Housing Estate”. While creating the project of the new flat estate we aimed to make the attractive offer for people appreciating the comfort and modern style. The inspiration was taken from Mokotów architecture, modernistic tenement - house of the thirties in the last century, as the result of this “Idzikowskiego Housing Estate” will be created as three private, four storey buildings. Light, fondant wall colors and interesting form of elevation made of brick shall create the visual attractiveness and high quality finishing up materials will give them the stylish character. Housing Estate was perfectly matched with the green areas existing there for a long time, thanks to that dwellers will enjoy the view of the beautiful, high trees. In their shadow, in the back of the buildings there will be situated children play yard. All structure will be fenced, and the entrance into the inner yard will be controlled.

In our housing estate there are 160 flats from 1 to 4 rooms. Their layout have been distinctly studied and planned in very functional way. The interior spaces will be light and friendly in regard to immense light ray coming through the spacious, wooden windows. All the apartments will have the balcony or terrace and private gardens on the ground floor.
