Construction has started on Dantex's Dobrolin residential project in Warsaw
Residential and office devel-oper Dantex has armounced the launch of
construction and apartment sales for its Dobrolin residential project
in the capital's Wola district. The company has been given a building
permit for the first stage of the investment, which will deliver 221
units and 10 shopping and service outlets. This phase is scheduled for completion in Q4 2009.
According to the develop-er, the investment has so far proved
successful and the company already has plans to develop a second phase,
con-sisting of 197 units, by the end of 2011. A third phase is in the
planning stage.
"Our investment has been enjoying considerable popularity. The Dobrolin
residential project has a prime location in direct proximity to the
city center. I would especially recommend the apartments to young
people who appreciate good, quick transportation to the center," said
Marek Roefler, president of Dantex's board.
Prepared by the Britt-Plan architectural studio, the projects design
provides for seven- and nine-storey buildings housing high-standard
apartments, an underground parking lot, as well as sendce and office
space. Dobrolin will also include a Dantex-Med medical center.
Apartment prices in the first phase of the project range from
zl. 7,600-8,800 per sqm. The units will be sized from 30-100 sqm
although the bulk, the
developer stressed, will be two-and three-room apartments targeted to
young people.
Apart from the Dobrolin project, Dantex is currently realizing an
office complex in Mokotów and is planning a residential scheme in
Konstancin, as well as another office building in Warsaw. The company
intends to invest a total of zł. 555 million in its projects within the
next four years.
