Units in a new housing estate in Wrocław are now on sale
Sales have begun on the first phase of Fadesa Prokom Polska's Innova
Estate, located in Wrocław's fast-developing Krzyki district. Tenants in
the first phase should be able to move in by 2010 and the whole complex
is expected to be ready in 2013.
The first phase, valued at zł.102 million, consists of 238 apartments
sized 34-92 sqm. The whole project is divided into five separate but
conceptually cohesive parts.
Wood and stone elements will be incorporated into the facade and the
whole estate will be monitored by closed-circuit TV. Residents will be
able to use an underground parking lot connected to their buildings by
several elevators. Additional parking for residents' guests will be
available, along with a playground for children and retail and service
space.
"After completing phase one of Innova, the existing road that leads
here will be dedicated for the use of the residents only. It will be
separate from the rest of the construction site," said Krzysztof Winnicki, he ad of Fadesa Prokom
Polska's Wrocław division. Innova, situated at the junction of ul.
Nyska, ul. Jesionowa and ul. Piękna, was designed by the Wroclaw - based
APA Hubka architec-tural studio. The estate is located in close
proximity to the city center and is connected by public transport
links.
Buyers will be required to pay a down payment upon
signing an initial agreement. A further 20 percent will be paid during
construction and the remaining 70 percent is due upon delivery.
In addition to its Wrocław investment, Fadesa Prokom Polska is
currently constructing a project called Ostoja Wilanów and preparing a
design for its Villa Botanica scheme. Both projects are located in
Warsaw.
