Off White Business & Leisure Apartments is a newly completed residential complex in the historic Kazimierz district of Cracow that blends historical architecture with modern interior design. The apartments are intended for business people and tourists.
Off White
is the first serviced apartment complex in Cracow that combines the functions
and comfort typical of hotels with the coziness and privacy of one's own
apartment.
The interiors meet the needs of both short- and long-term residents. Clients
can use hotel-like room service and may adapt the interiors to their individual
needs.
The facility comprises nine apartments of 50 to 150 square meters in area,
including a two-level penthouse with terraces commanding a view of Cracow's
landmark Wawel Hill.

"In late August, we will launch a restaurant on the ground floor, with
International cuisine combined with an original menu by well-known Cracow
restaurateur Monika Turasiewicz," said Ewa Adamowicz, manager of Off White
Business & Leisure Apartments.
The project has been developed and carried out by GD&K Group. The design is
by GD&K Consulting and Ovotz Design Lab.
"Until now Cracow lacked elegant accommodation offering both a sense of
freedom and intimacy to the most demanding clients," said Wojciech Stanczykiewicz
from Ovotz Design Lab.
The building's conservative design, simple form and sparing decoration blend
well with the historic architecture of the Kazimierz distric’s Kupa Street. The
interiors are designed with the utmost care and follow a black-and-white color
pattern livened up by original Persian carpets.
