In response to real estate market's needs, we have decided to introduce a new, seventh category of the CEPIF & International Herald Tribune CEE Best Project Awards: mixed project. Due to the changes the deadline of the projects registration is postponed until 6 April 2008.

The new category, mixed project, is dedicated to projects finished before 20 April 2008 that are a mixture of elements from other categories, for example a combination of residential and commercial, retail with offices or flats etc.

It's worth reminding that the other categories of CEPIF Awards are: office, retail, residential, hotels, warehouse, revitalization.

Every developer can submit 3 projects maximum in each category, that gives 21 projects in total. Due to the changes the deadline of the projects registration is postponed until 6 April 2008.

Owing to the international character of competition and CEPIF 2008, we kindly recommend registering projects in English.
